The policies elegantly delineate BNNRC's governance and decision-making processes, establishing a clear framework for the flow of authority, responsibility, and communication within the organization. They specify the decision-making roles at various levels and outline the procedures that guide these processes in alignment with our organizational structure.

 

BNNRC is fortunate to have a Board of Trustees (BoT), consisting of nine esteemed members, who serve as our highest policy-making authority. This Board is comprised of respected individuals responsible for steering the organization's strategic decisions. The CEO plays a pivotal role in liaising with the BoT regarding governance and management matters. Furthermore, all staff members are encouraged to engage with BoT members as needed, fostering open communication.

 

The Chairperson oversees all policy-related activities within the Secretariat, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals. In addition, both the Treasurer and the CEO commit to providing regular updates to the BoT, enhancing transparency and collaboration. The Treasurer will maintain close communication with the CEO to support effective financial management throughout BNNRC.
