The Board of Trust (BoT) of Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC) is the highest Policy Making Body of the Network.

The Board of Trust (BoT) of Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC) is democratic and collective.  BNNRC’s governance structure aims to ensure that effective in working towards achieving vision, mission, program, & strategy using resources to maximum effect and upholding core ethos and values.

The BoT meets four times a year to provide strategic direction to the BNNRC staff members. The BNNRC staff members meets every week to review the interventions of BNNRC. There are procurement committees for smooth and transparent operations.

BNNRC is now governed by board of trust comprising of nine distinguished trustees from the eminent rural development & community media practitioners in different part of Bangladesh for ensuring the best transparent practices for setting the organization to a better level with guidance from the BoT.
