Baishakhy is a familiar face in Jhenaidah, and a more familiar voice. She joined Community Radio Jhenuk 99.2  in January 2013 as a volunteer. She later became the host of Hello Jhenaidah, and now a full-time assistant producer and reporter for Community Radio Jhenuk 99.2 .
