World Telecommunication and Information Society Day 2021 focuses on digital transformation in challenging times WTISD-21 is going to be observed in 21 Community Radio Station & Community Visual Radio stations level in rural Bangladesh on 3rd May 2021 with technical cooperation from Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC).

In the meanwhile, community radio stations are preparing them for celebrating the World Telecommunication and Information Society Day 2021

The theme for this year is This year’s theme, “Accelerating digital transformation in challenging times” , reflects the key role of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in line with the Call to action.

In this occasion, Community Radio stations will arrange a special radio show, and magazine program in rural Bangladesh. The representative from media, practitioners, civil society members, administration and delegates from the different level of the society will be participated to the event.
