The 33 Meeting (face to face) of the BNNRC Board of Trustees (BoT) was held on 08 October 2022 at the BNNRC office in Dhaka.

The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairperson-Mr. Mirza Shahidul Islam Khaled, Vice-Chairperson-Mr.SM Nazer Hussain, Treasurer-Mr. AHM Shamsul Islam, Members of the Board of Trustees Mr. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury- S2lK, Mr. Md. Rafiqul Alam, Mr. Ziaul Ahsan, Mr. Md. Zahurul Haque Bali and Member Secretary and CEO-Mr. AHM Bazlur Rahman were present at the meeting.

The discussed Agenda: Review of the last BoT Meeting Minutes, Program status report as on 30 September 2022, and Next Quarter Activity Plan (October-December 2022. Project wise expenditure Budget Variance Status Report)

Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman, Chairperson, BNNRC Board of Trust welcomed the participants and presided over the meeting. The members reviewed the last BoT Meeting Minutes and approved the meeting minutes. The Board members discussed various issues related Finance, program and administrative issues.

The ongoing projects of BNNRC are; Promoting Health Governance through the Capacity Building of Journalists and Involving Multi-level Stakeholders, Promoting Foundation Skills and Support for Rural Youth Women for Empowerment (P.A.C.E), Empowering Left Behind Minority Communities to Effectively Participate in the development process of the Bangladesh (ELMC) Project, Building Media Professionalism for Road Safety Through Constructive Journalism in Bangladesh, Strengthening community engagement and accountability toward the promotion of the COVID-19 vaccine and preventive behaviors  and Strengthen liberal values and enable citizens to use their Right to Information thereby promoting governance
